We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and ship it out.
All orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Packages will arrive between 2-5 days once shipped. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.
If an address error is made please email us within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
You will receive tracking information via email when the shipping label is created. To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Eleven Twenty Two the Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
